Two-day Course: The initial course had a lot of content which we did not explore as much as would have been preferred, therefore, by extending the course it would allow us the chance to cover sales essentials in much more detail, whilst reinforcing learning through more practical exercises that are relevant and appropriate to each salesperson attending.
It would also give us the chance for each salesperson to use their own sales literature and sales aids.
