Supplier demonstrationsThe CEDA Customer Charter ensures that its members will provide demonstrations for your newly installed kitchen or appliance. 

This is something that many suppliers neglect. Too many assume that the caterer will know how to use the equipment.

If the best in terms of performance is to be achieved from your new equipment it must be professionally demonstrated, not only on its own, but also in conjunction with other pieces of equipment, which may form part of the operating process. 

On more complex items such as combination ovens or large dishwashing systems, the CEDA member will arrange for the manufacturer's representative to carry out the demonstration.

Further training

CEDA members can also arrange further training, to cater for staff changes, for example. And, in some circumstances such as the installation of a new combination oven, a refresher training session after the first six months of use can answer queries and suggestions the staff and managers may have, helping you get the very best out of the new oven and your investment.
