Installation & Commissioning

All CEDA members use only experienced and suitably trained and qualified engineers to carry out installations.

Commissioning the appliance by a CEDA engineer is the only guarantee that a newly installed appliance is functioning safely and is performing to the specification laid down by the manufacturer. 

Correct commissioning ensures proper operation and also minimises those early teething problems which can be costly and of great inconvenience.

It is of paramount importance that any installation is carried out by a competent person. Our industry has been very complacent in implementing a common specialist-training programme. In the past many have relied upon the traditional Corgi registration as a 'comfort' factor for gauging competence, but using a CEDA engineer is your guarantee of professional installation.
