CSFG is a cross industry working party of representatives from CEDA, CESA and FCSI. The group was set up to identify ways of reducing energy consumption and to address other environmental issues in commercial kitchens.
CSFG is exhibiting at Hotelympia 2010 and is also carrying out live energy monitoring with its partners on the Parade de Chefs.
