CEDA is a key supporter of British Water’s Fats Oils and Grease (FOG) Conference being held at Cranfield University on Wednesday 15 March. The conference aims to highlight the latest issues and technology solutions around the growing burden of FOG in the sewer system.
“We are delighted to support the British Water FOG Conference and help our Members, Partners and Associates to be fully aware of the problems it creates and the latest thinking around dealing with FOG,” comments Adam Mason, CEDA Director General.
The event will cover the entire FOG lifecycle: from the kitchens to the final recycling plant, and will provide an excellent learning experience. This conference will showcase the latest achievements in industry led research, communication and application of technologies. The speakers represent restaurant chains, grease managers, the water industry, academia, and more.
The conference will go on to present theory and stories of success on behavioural management, collaboration, and new technologies applied throughout the entire FOG cycle.
CEDA Members who are interested in attending will benefit from a discount and should register on the ‘member of supporting organisation’ button via the following link: http://www.britishwater.co.uk/events/fats-oils-and-grease-conference-2017-250.aspx
