The value of E-Learning to CEDA and its membership has risen quickly, especially as time constraints challenge the capability to commit to training in busy work schedules. Overcoming this challenge CEDA has formed a successful E-Learning partnership with Maguire Training and Maguire’s Director of E-Learning, Andy Stopps, will talk to delegates at CEDA’s Annual Conference Business Day on 31 March in a seminar on getting the maximum benefit from E-Learning.
In the E-Learning session Andy will take delegates through how they can use the CEDA platform, from viewing modules, recording training and tracking others to gain confidence when using the tool. The latest CEDA E-Learning content was launched in January with the support of chefs Chris Galvin and John Campbell, and leading academic David Foskett, who talk in a series of videos about the opportunities and challenges involved in the design of professional kitchens.
CEDA Members and all their staff have free access to all the modules in the CEDA E-Learning platform during 2017 and the aim is to encourage as many as possible to access this training.
