Demonstration

The CEDA Customer Charter ensures that its members demonstrate the newly installed kitchen or appliance. 

This is something that many suppliers neglect.  Too many assume that the caterer will know how to use it. 

If the best is to be achieved from the equipment it must be professionally demonstrated not only on its own but also in conjunction with other pieces of equipment, which may form part of the operating process. 

On more complex items such as Combination Ovens or Large Dishwashing systems, the CEDA member will arrange for the manufacturer's representative to carry out the demonstartion.
