The catering equipment industry Education Foundation is a joint project driven and funded by CEDA and FCSI with additional input from CESA.
The objective of the project is to establish a range of qualifications including a foundation certificate, a postgraduate diploma and a Masters degree in foodservice facilities design.
The project is progressing well and it is hoped to launch the course through Sheffield Hallam University in late 2009 or early 2010.
