We provide excellent spares availability, with some £650,000 worth of parts stocked within our Slough head office. If ordered prior to 3.00pm, delivery will be effected before 9.00am next day, but more importantly some £340,000 worth of spares are also held on-board our 40 service response vehicles to ensure we maintain our unmatchable first time fix rate.
Our team of Regional Sales people are based locally, operate throughout the UK and can offer considerable experience, knowledge and expertise to the sales teams of CEDA members. They also support CEDA members with onsite training and, where appropriate, sales support. All Meiko Sales people and CAD office operators are also CFSP accredited.

To ensure that dishes and glassware especially emerge from our warewashers sparkling clean – and with a hand polished look – Meiko’s GiO reverse osmosis water treatment can now be fitted on all Meiko premium range machines. On the larger rack and flight transport models, GiO reverse osmosis is available as an optional extra.
Meiko UK also supplies a range of food waste handling equipment, from single waste hoppers feeding into mobile bin storage units for restaurants and schools to vacuum waste systems utilising one or more food waste collection hoppers and vacuum food waste storage tanks. All of these reduce waste volume and cut the frequency of collections, with the added benefit of getting rid of any issues with foul odours, pests and rodents.
