CEDA regularly arranges training courses and seminars for sales personnel, engineers and service managers of member companies, and on subjects such as kitchen planning, CAD and Health & Safety. CEDA was instrumental in the setting up of the catering industry's own NVQ for service engineers and can provide information on the nationwide availability of this initiative.
